This privacy policy describes how Revolt Bots LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our corporate website at revoltbots.com (the "Site").

Important: This policy applies only to this corporate website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, and this Site's policy does not cover them:

Information We Collect

Analytics Data

We use analytics to understand how visitors use our Site:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics: This service collects anonymized usage data without using cookies. It does not track individual users across sites and does not collect personal information. This analytics service runs on every page visit.
• Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): Google Tag Manager loads in a consent-denied state. We do not currently ask for consent, so analytics and ad storage stay denied for every visitor and Google Analytics sets no cookies. If we add a consent option in the future, we will update this policy before collecting any analytics data through it.

Security Logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects security-related information including IP addresses and user agent strings. This data is used solely for security purposes, fraud prevention, and to maintain the integrity of our services.

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, selected topic, and message content. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.

Launch Waitlists

Some product pages let you ask to be told when a product launches. If you sign up, we store your email address, the product and the language of the page you signed up on. We use it only to send you one email when that product launches, and we delete the product's waitlist after that email has been sent. Nothing else is sent to that address, and you can ask us to remove it at any time through our Support form.

How We Use Your Information

Cookies and Consent

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and runs without requiring consent.

Google Tag Manager loads on every page in a consent-denied state, and nothing on this Site changes that state, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site (hosting, analytics)
